ECAP is a non-profit consortium: the yearly contribution is intended only to cover fixed costs.

The amount of the contribution is established every year by the Board of Directors based on the budget for the forthcoming year, and runs from January to December.

Requests for ECAP membership are submitted to the Board for approval, upon presentation of some detail background information of the company. Admitted are firms that comply with the Statutes, are ready to take part actively in ECAP activities, and which share ECAP’s ethical approach to cooperation between European SMEs and of support to the European standardization system.
